Update
November 21, 2008

Hello everyone, it has been awhile since I have talked to you, we { the ECR board } have been continuing our research on the key things that were talked about at our Town Meeting in Feb. It has been a very fruitful time for us. One of the most important things was how can we get people coming back down town ? Just to wet your appetite, what we have finally come up with will please people of all ages. It has been very successful in many other towns across the country. ECR has been working with many people to get our ducks in a row before we have our next Town Meeting. We want to do our due diligent's first.

Our thanks goes out to so many that have been helping us along our way.
Our City Council and Borough Manager, the Chamber of Commerce, our State Representatives office, EG&G, Penn Dot , the Main St. managers and boards of others cities, that have shared years of hard work and ideas with us. Many hours and days later it has led this amazing group of individuals that make up the ECR board to come up with the plan that has put everyone's thoughtful ideas to the best results for our towns needs

we now have a donation BUTTON !!!!!! { it took me months to understand links, now I have a button.} This is wonderful, for anyone that wants to support ECR, and for people like me that gives gifts in HONOR OR IN MEMORY OF SOMEONE SPECIAL. The button makes it so easy. I will go into this more when we have our next big kick off.

Our Ellwood City is so worth saving. Good times and bad times will come and go but our town needs to be here for the future, and we can all help to do this.
