Moving onward and upward!

On Tuesday evening, October 27, 2009, the Ellwood City Revitalization committee's met at the Borough building to discuss 2009 activities and 2010 plans. Committees involved were: Promotion, Farmers Market, Music, Design and Economic Restructuring. President Lenore Bazzichi, commented that fund raising was continuing and that shortly, the thermometer will be adjusted to reflect the contributions received. Lenore also stated that Revitalization is moving to it's next stage of selecting the a company to handle the revitalization project. Three firms were interviewed and the firm of E.G.& G. was selected for the project. A formal signing was performed following the meeting(picture attached).
